1. Matcha Custard Lotus with Single Yolk (Low Sugar)
Fragrant matcha milk pastry skin, filled with silky custard lotus, studded with pumpkin seeds, and finished with a savoury salted egg yolk. A harmony of earthy, creamy, and nutty flavours.

2. Sweet Potato Lotus with Single Yolk (Low Sugar)
Wrapped in a sweet potato milk pastry skin, this mooncake holds smooth sweet potato lotus, layered with crunchy almonds, and a rich salted egg yolk at its heart. Comforting, nutty, and indulgent.
